Explaining the rank system

I bet your asking, "How does the rank system work?"
I'll tell ya!
Below are the standard ranks for posting:

1. New Recruit (no posts)
   
2. Crewman (10 posts)
   
3. Petty Officer, 2nd class (20 Posts)
   
4. Petty Officer, 1st class (40 Posts)
   
5. Chief Petty Officer (60 Posts)
   
6. Senior Chief Petty Officer (80 Posts)
   
7. Master Chief Petty Officer (100 Posts)
   

Beyond that, we have our Canon Ranks. There is no divisional separation in this one(with exception to higher ranks). You need to contribute to the board or be voted to the rank by the mod team. Here is the list.

1. Ensign
   
2. Lieutenant, Junior Grade
   
3. Lieutenant
   
4. Lieutenant Commander
   
5. Commander
   
6. Captain
   

Next are the staff ranks. The Admin (me) can add or remove staff where needed.

1. Commodore (Junior moderator)
   
2. Rear Admiral (Moderator)
   
3. Vice Admiral (Senior Moderator)
   
4. Admiral (Assistant Administrator)
   
5. Fleet Admiral (Administrator/founder)
   

Finally, we have our Divisional ranks. There's only 2 divisions. Graphic Design & Diplomatic. More Divisions might be added.

1. Graphic Design <Cmdr.> Diplomatic
   
2. Graphic Design <Capt.> Diplomatic
   
3. Graphic Design <Fleet Capt.> Diplomatic
